The Institution of Engineers Rwanda (IER) and PrimECS, L.L.C. invite you to the Kigali Engineering Convention and Trade Exhibition 2023 (KECTE 2023) which will celebrate the World Engineering Day under the theme: “Engineering innovation for a more resilient world." The discussions will be thematically aligned with Rwanda’s Vision 2050, African Union’s Agenda 2063, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Rationale
In line with the celebration of the World Engineering Day dedicated by the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), KECTE 2023 is a unique opportunity to :

E&C360 Infrastructure Conference
The Engineering and Construction 360 Infrastructure Conference is an international Continuous Professional Development (CPD) event featuring many industry experts and operators including representatives of the governments.
International Trade Exhibition
The 30 booths exhibition offers engineering companies and organizations from across the region the opportunity to showcase their products and services and market their brands to a like-minded international audience as they learn more about their competitors and the industry.
Field Visit
The study tours provide a platform for professionals to visit Rwanda's selected engineering projects and manufacturing companies. Besides enhancing capacity, the study visits enable both participants and receiving companies to explore business opportunities; employment; knowledge transfer, and capacity building.
Students Competition
The Students’ contest provides a platform for students from selected universities and high schools to apply and upgrade their engineering knowledge and skills. It is a unique platform for students to nurture their technical and soft skills while gaining knowledge and insights into current and future industry trends.
