Eng. Dr. David NKURUNZIZA is a Professional Engineer and University of Rwanda Lecturer with more than 20 years of experience in Civil Transportation Engineering and Geomatics. He specializes in urban road safety and pedestrian mobility. A former Board member of the Rwanda Housing Authority, he contributes to national development through academic leadership, consultancy, and advocating for professional engineering standards in Rwanda.

Philippe Dufatanye is a Senior Civil Eng. 15 years in urban road projects. Pursuing his PhD in Transportation Engineering at UR-CST, focusing on emerging technologies for transport safety. An IRF-certified Road Safety Audit professional, he leads design work at NPD’s KIP and earned top employee awards in 2022 and 2023. Married to M. Prophete with twin daughters, Gabriella and Arriella.

Contributed to the Development of Electricity Projects from Planning, Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Access in my Company REG.
