Eng. Philbert MBANZA is the founder and CEO of Wefix Ltd, a leading facility management firm. A dedicated project management professional, he is known for his discipline, structured approach, and ability to deliver results under pressure while upholding the highest standards of organizational integrity. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering & Environmental Technologies from the University of Rwanda (formerly KIST) and is completing his Master of Science in Construction Project Management at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology

Biography

Eng. René Bazitunga is a Professional Civil and highway Engineer with over 14 years of experience in construction and project management, also a board member, delivering complex infrastructure projects. A dedicated member of IER, he brings strong engineering and management experience, as well as governance expertise. He is committed to advancing professional excellence, ethical practice, and resilient, sustainable infrastructure development.

Biography

Eng. Dr. David NKURUNZIZA is a Professional Engineer and University of Rwanda Lecturer with more than 20 years of experience in Civil Transportation Engineering and Geomatics. He specializes in urban road safety and pedestrian mobility. A former Board member of the Rwanda Housing Authority, he contributes to national development through academic leadership, consultancy, and advocating for professional engineering standards in Rwanda.

Biography

Eng. Cherissa IRAKOZE is a Civil Engineer with nearly a decade of professional experience across technical engineering, project management, and organisational leadership. She is a committed member of the Institute of Engineers Rwanda (IER) and is dedicated to upholding professional standards, fostering peer engagement, and advancing the engineering profession in Rwanda.

Biography

Philippe Dufatanye is a Senior Civil Eng. 15 years in urban road projects. Pursuing his PhD in Transportation Engineering at UR-CST, focusing on emerging technologies for transport safety. An IRF-certified Road Safety Audit professional, he leads design work at NPD’s KIP and earned top employee awards in 2022 and 2023. Married to M. Prophete with twin daughters, Gabriella and Arriella.

Eng. Marie Grace Uwitonze is a Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 8 years of experience delivering road and irrigation infrastructure projects across Rwanda. A dedicated member of the Institute of Engineering Rwanda (IER), she has led project execution and design coordination on key national projects, and is committed to strengthening engineering standards and advancing sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Eng. Emmanuel TULINDUGA is a Professional Electrical Engineer with 21 years of experience in Energy Infrastructure Development. A dedicated member of Institute of Engineering Rwanda (IER), Presently a Member of Discipline and Conflict Resolution Committee. Contributed to the Development of Electricity Projects from Planning, Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Access in my Company REG. Am Committed to Promoting Professional Excellence, ethical practice, and Sustainable engineering solutions for our Institution.
