IER Secretariat

Diana MUTONI is the Communication and Public Relations Manager. She has Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communication from the College of Business and Economics of the University of Rwanda. Prior joining the Institution of Engineers Rwanda (IER). She worked for The Newtimes Rwanda as Marketing and Sales Specialist.

Gaudence INGABIRE is the Acting Registration Records and Certification Officer. She has a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts from the former National University of Rwanda. She has been working with the Institution of Engineers Rwanda for the last 8 years.

Viviane SAGWINEZA is the Archives and Digitalization Officer. She has Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering. She has been working with the Institution of Engineers Rwanda for the last 3 years.

Lucky NDAYISABA is the Finance and Administration Manager for the Institution. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Accounting. He has Certified Accounting Technician (CAT), currently He is Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Prior joining the IER, he worked as Finance and Administration Officer of Ngoma District.

George RUCINYA is the Data Reconciliation Officer for the Institution of Engineers Rwanda. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology acquired from IPRC Kicukiro.
